Specialised Department Ecological Agriculture

The tasks of the specialised Department Ecological Agriculture is based on the Council´s Decree (EG) Nr. 834/2007 and the Comission´s Decree (EG) Nr. 889/2008 and also additional legislation. The duties include in particular:

Controlling ecological agriculture in Lower Saxony
Monitoring private control stations
Processing diverse certificates of exemption
Information of interested sectors on ecological agriculture
